Homelink Care Solutions was founded on the belief that navigating senior care should be personal, compassionate, and informed. At the heart of Homelink is Des Dishman, Founder and Senior Living Advocate, who brings a deep commitment to supporting families through every step of the placement journey. With a strong background in senior care navigation and real estate management, Des ensures smooth, thoughtful transitions for seniors into assisted living and residential care homes that match their unique needs and preferences.
Working alongside her is her husband, Kennan Dishman, who leads as Business Development, Sales, and Marketing Director. Kennan spearheads Homelink’s business-to-business relationships, community partnerships, and area expansion efforts, serving as a key liaison between providers, hospitals, and care teams. His leadership has been instrumental in driving Homelink’s growth into new markets, including its recent expansion into Texas.
Together, Des and Kennan combine compassion, strategy, and a hands-on approach to care. Their team also manages short- and long-term housing options for individuals and families in transition—ensuring not only the right care setting, but also a stable and supportive home environment.
